Navy blue sequin half hat with a wide petersham ribbon bow.
I designed this piece to offer some seriously grown-up sparkle! The hat features thousands of tiny sequins, all with a lovely matte finish. I chose these particular sequins for this piece, as they shimmer beautifully when the light catches them. If you want to sparkle in a subtle and sophisticated way, then this is definitely the hat for you!
To add to this sense of luxury, I have lined the hat with silver silk. Finally, I have trimmed the inside with a coordinating petersham ribbon.
As with all my occasion hats, I make this elegant navy sequin hat by hand, using traditional millinery techniques. I have hand-blocked and handsewn this particular piece, except for a small amount of machine stitching on the lining.

How to Wear this Hat
I have designed this hat to be worn to the right of the head. A black elastic is used to secure the hat in place. This elastic is thin enough to be hidden in your hair, thus creating the illusion that the hat is magically perched on the head.
Where to Wear this Hat
This navy half hat is incredibly versatile. Small and chic, yet with statement sequins, this hat would look just as good at a cocktail party, as it would at an autumn wedding, or a winter race day.
Gifting Information
I will send your piece in a white hat box. I carefully pack the box with acid-free tissue paper, before finishing with a pink satin ribbon. Storing your hat in this tissue-filled box will keep it in tip top condition for many years to come.
Although I don’t offer gift wrap for these designs, I can add a gift message card if you are gifting from a distance.
