Design Archive

Welcome to the Imogen’s Imagination Design Archive!

I’ve created these collections of past designs to help you find inspiration for your own bespoke design.

Each design has some short notes about the client the design was made for, where and when they wore it and how I developed their final design.

It allows me to show you how different materials can be used, my skills as a milliner and to give you a much broader flavour of the Imogen’s Imagination design style.

I’m also working on a new section to this design archive – my hat history of ready-to-wear designs. These are one of a kind designs that have sold online, through events or even clients who came to studio for a bespoke consultation… and found that I had already created their perfect hat or fascinator!

Bespoke Grey Fascinator by Imogen's Imagination

If frothy feathers are what you  associate the word “fascinator” with – you may be surprised when you see my bespoke fascinators!

Purple Feather Re-trimmed Hat

Retrimming a hat is a great way to extend the life of you hat.

You can see lots of examples in my archive to help inspire you to reuse and recycle your existing headwear.

Not all hats are made equally, however if you have spent money on a quality hat that you no longer wear – this could be a wonderful option for you.

This option particularly suits brimmed hats, as there is simply more material to work with.
