Tan wool felt beret decorated with a handsewn classic leopard print faux fur pom pom.
This soft pom pom is made with a long pile faux fur fabric and I genuinely cannot understate how tactile and strokeable this fabric is!
The inspiration for this design was my own faux fur hot water bottle cover. Made with a plush faux fur, it has the calming effect of stroking a cat (without the pesky allergies!) As such, this pom pom is stuffed lightly, meaning it keeps it’s shape, yet remains soft to the touch.
I bought a tiny remnant of this fabric earlier in the year. I do not know the source, so I am unlikely to be able to find it again. Sadly, there is none left, so this is a One of a Kind design.
Perfect for winter these extra thick, 100% wool berets are super cosy. Leopard print is ALWAYS in fashion so this little accent of colour, pattern and texture will never go out of style.
Sizing
- Ladies one size
- Diameter: approximately 26.5cm (10.5 inches)
These berets will comfortably fit an average head size of approximately 21-22 inches. However, they do stretch with regular wearing.
It is also possible to make the berets bigger by unfolding the inner lip of the beret. This does increase the size significantly.
