Imogen’s Imagination’s designs are unique.
Each hat is designed by Sophie and hand sewn by herself and her highly skilled team in her studio in Sheffield.
All berets are 100% Wool to ensure the luxurious quality required to stand the test of time as a staple in your wardrobe.
Materials are sourced specifically for each range and have to pass Sophie’s stringent quality test.

We ..the King, myself and the beret….walked down the tunnel and out on to the football pitch at Wrexham so that I could introduce Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to His Majesty. So thank you, Sophie , for making just the right hat for such an event.

After coveting them for some time, I ordered three berets. Red with red tartan bow, wine with a wine ribbon and raspberry with a pink sequin bow. I love them all. They arrived quickly and were beautifully, carefully packaged. Definitely recommended.

A planned trip to a burlesque show with friends many years ago led to Sophie creating mini top hats for each of them to wear – unique designs to complement each person’s outfit.
The organiser of the event noticed the headpieces and asked Sophie to stock her city centre boutique. Imogen’s Imagination was born!
Sophie then went through five years of training at Leeds College of Art and Design to formally learn millinery skills and the rest is history…
Not having had the confidence to wear a hat in her teens, Sophie now can be seen sporting her signature berets from Autumn right through to Spring… and why wouldn’t she…They’re gorgeous!
